Privacy Policy
At Opignal, we process data with a focus on minimization, security, and transparency. This page summarizes how we collect, use, and protect portal information.
1. Data we process
We process technical browsing data, language preferences, and operational data needed to provide and protect the service. Opignal does not use advertising cookies or sell personal data.
2. Purpose
We use this information to remember your preferences, ensure the security and operation of the portal and, when you consent, understand in aggregate how Opignal is used so we can improve it.
3. Necessary cookies
Necessary cookies retain your language preference (kk_locale, for up to 12 months) and remember your analytics choice (opignal_cookie_consent, for up to 6 months). They do not require consent because they are needed to apply the options you request.
4. Optional analytics cookies
Google Analytics 4 loads only when you select “Accept analytics”. It may set identifiers and collect technical and usage information such as pages viewed, interactions, device details and approximate location. The legal basis is your consent, and you may reject it without losing access to the portal.
5. Providers and international transfers
Google may process analytics data outside your country. Where applicable, that processing must rely on safeguards recognized by law, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. More information is available in Google’s privacy documentation.
7. Retention and security
We apply technical and organizational measures proportionate to risk and retain information only as long as needed for each purpose or to meet legal obligations.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority.
